Temp is quite normal (it's about 60 C). Card is dying slowly IMHO. At the end it will just stop giving video. I've replaced few 6600s with similar symptoms.
New thermal paste won't hurt ofc, but I doubt it will solve the problem.

Lowering prices when you already can not manufacturer enough units is just foolish. Apple is strategically gathering cash so they can make more investments and make new products.
Investors win because the growth stock grows, consumers win because Apple will use their money to re-create or create another new product category.
I wasn't talking about the iGadgets, because they are actually competitively priced.

Do you think there will be different jailbreaks for the AT&T and Verizon models being that they're different chipsets?
I hope not it's not like the iPhone where the Verizon version would not only get updates later, but jailbreaks as well.

With my 5870 I've been able to crank SC2 and Portal up to the very max on every setting without any lag (and that's on OS X.)
No idea how it compares to the iMac, but the short answer is "It will run almost all the games out right now perfectly."

I apologise if I'm breaking your "rules" but I,m talking about the divide between charity i.e. helping those that are in dire need of help,they receive around 10% of U.S. charitable donations and the self serving tax racket with which the rich provide for them and theirs,the other 90%.In your somewhat confusing posts it appears it's OK to give to your own economic class for selfish reasons but not apparently to vote for a government which will pass legislation favouring your economic class. To be honest, my Incase snap case has survived numerous falls, one of which was 5 foot fall onto concrete. The case itself managed to get a small crack on a corner but the phone is still scratch free. No damages whatsoever. Also, unlike many snap style cases, the snap case has a lay-on-table design so it protects the screen as well.

There's a conversion tool at this site called WMA to MP3 converter which will do the task, but I believe that WinAMP can do this as well, along with WMP9 itselt, I think.

It says its compatible with all iPods with a video output. I am pretty sure that the 160Gb Classic has video output, but to be sure, why not check to see if it has the video output options like my 5.5gen iPod does.

I notice that the fingers in the diagram look small. A little research shows the average male index finger dip joint (last joint at the finger) is about 1cm long. Doing some quick calculations, assuming ANYTHING in the diagram is to scale, the device seems to be about 7" tall. The current Ipod is 4.1" tall. Also, the diagram shows the ability to add to playlist, which leads me to believe it is more than an ipod... perhaps I am completely wrong, of course
One of the things that I hear people complaining about frequently is the inability to manage their playlists on the go. Sound crazy to me, it seems like doing it on the computer is just always going to be so much easier, but to each their own. Of course, if you were ever going to cut the umbilical cord and free the iPod from its computer dependence, something like this would be essential.
